The Longcut East | Een roadtrip door een erfenis van 25 eeuwen
The Longcut East is a visual story of the journey that Huib Maaskant has traveled on his motorcycle. For this I was asked to finish the interior based on a few pages that were already designed.
In 368 pages with 800 photos he takes the reader to the Balkans, the Ottoman inlands, ancient Greece, the ruins of the Roman Empire and Napoleon's trail through the Alps. The Longcut East combines a personal story with practical travel information and funny historical facts.

The recipe book is part of a special edition from Cook & Becker that goes with a newly released online game.
Based on a number of designed pages from Cook & Becker, I edited the design into the rest of the book.

For the International publisher in the field of video game art; Cook & Becker I was able to participate in redesigning the two beautifully designed AFK Arena Art Book art books. I converted over 550 pages of existing design to the European market.

Retrospective Pac-Man: Birth of an Icon
Almost six months ago I had the opportunity to work as a DTP-er on the special edition from Cook & Becker about the origin of Pac-Man (Pac-Man: Birth Of An Icon). The English version was already made, but the book has also been published in French and Italian. I was asked to implement these text changes in a book with more than 300 pages and a lot of images. It was a fun but also a challenging assignment. The course of the texts sometimes required creative solutions. The books are now printed and look great. In collaboration with 'Imaginary Realism' I designed the Artbook 'Built on Dreams Alone' for the international artist Daniel Merriam. It has become a beautiful Artbook in which he shows his latest magical realistic works, spread over 263 pages.

In collaboration with 'Imaginary Realism' I had the chance to create this great Art Book that consists of a selection
by more than 70 artists, spread over 275 pages. This book was published for the sixth edition of the international exhibition DREAMSCAPES in Amsterdam. The book is still available at Imaginary Realism.
